Section 9(1) in New Mangalore Part Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation 2009
(1)Where the stevedore is a firm or a Company, it shall immediately communicate to the Chairman any change in the Director, Managing Director or partners, as the case may be, with a copy of the document in support of the such change.
