Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Shruti Jain Goyal, learned Sr. D.A.G., Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and raises no objection for recalling of the order dated 11.07.2022 qua petitioner No. 2.
Keeping in view the facts, which have been brought to the notice of this Court by the petitioners, the order dated 11.07.2022 regarding observation qua petitioner No. 2 is recalled.
Application stands disposed of.

In these petitions, the challenge is to the action of the department in terminating the services of the petitioners on the basis of the revised result in the Cadre of Clerks keeping in view the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 15672 of 2021 titled as Amit Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 25.04.2022.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the identical claim was raised before this Court in CWP No. 14063 of 2022 titled as Rahul Boora Vs. State of Haryana and others and other connected cases and after hearing the parties and their counsel(s), the said claim has been rejected vide order dated 07.10.2023, hence, the present petitions are also required to be dismissed in view of the order passed by this Court in CWP No. 14063 of 2022 titled as Rahul Boora Vs. State of Haryana and others and other connected cases, which were decided by this Court on 07.10.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners have not been able to controvert the fact that the question of law raised in the present petitions has already been decided while passing order in CWP No. 14063 of 2022 titled as Rahul Boora Vs. State of Haryana and others and other connected cases.
