Section 36(1) in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)The Authority may, with the previous approval of the Government make regulations for all or any of the matters provided under this Act which in the opinion of the Authority, are necessary for the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions under this Act.
