Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing counsel appearing for TAFRC, Smt. Sarada Punuru, learned Standing Counsel appearing for EAMCET, Smt. C.Vani Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for TSCHE, B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for JNTU and Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for OU.
2. In view of the G.O.Ms.No.37 Higher Education (TE) Department dated 18.10.2022 issued by the 1st respondent fixing fee for the block period i.e., 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, basing on the recommendation of the 2nd respondent and also in view of the interim order dated 22.08.2022, considering the nature of relief sought in the entire batch of Writ Petitions, nothing 2 survives in the present Writ Petitions to adjudicate further. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid G.O and also seek protection granted by this Court in paragraph No. 29 (VI) of the aforesaid interim order. The petitioner colleges shall inform this order to the students admitted in their respective colleges. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
