2 10-07-2013Mr. Mangalam for the petitioner and Mr. Vindhyachal Rai Counsel for the Bihar State Ware Housing Corporation and its functionaries are present.
Petitioner is handling and transporting agent. He was outsourced certain job of handling and transporting by the Corporation. By the impugned order dated 3.5.2013 (Annexure-
18), the respondents have suspended the registration of the petitioner with the Corporation for 02 years. The said order is under challenge.
Let counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents be filed within two weeks.
