- Every person who manufactures or sells any intoxicant under a licence granted under this Act-(a)shall supply himself with such measures, weights and instruments as may be prescribed, and shall keep the same in good condition; and(b)on the requisition of any Excise Officer duly empowered in that behalf, shall at any time, measure or test any intoxicant in his possession in such manner as such officer may require.
