- The rules in this Chapter shall apply to the execution of decrees in favour of the Court of Wards, but the duties therein assigned to the District Officer, shall be performed by the Manager under the control of the District Officer, except that Register E shall be kept by the Manager in duplicate and one copy shall be submitted on the 15th of each month for the inspection of District Officer.
