Section 253(1) in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005
(1)Documents which are produced in this Court, but are not admitted in evidence shall be returned by the Court to the party or pleader producing them immediately after rejection. If any of them unavoidably remain in court, they should be placed in a closed cover labelled "Documents filed by to be returned" before the record is sent for depositing in the Record Room. The cover should be kept with File B and destroyed with file if the contents are not taken back previously.
