It is noted that the petitioners herein viz., Cable Operators Welfare Federation (India) and others were not 2  parties before the High Court. They have directly filed this Special Leave Petition assailing the order of the High Court.

We do not think that this Special Leave Petition would call for any consideration as such.

Hence, this Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
