It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the application of the petitioner has been forwarded by the CM & HO and representation has been made by the petitioner to Director (Public Health) for issuing such NOC for the course of Senior Residentship (Microbiology), the said NOC is not forthcoming, in absence whereof the petitioner would not be interviewed pursuant to advertisement dated 8.7.2021 (Annex.8) .

(2 of 2) [CW-9452/2021] In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within four weeks.

Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for the petitioner, if so desired.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner be provisionally permitted to appear in the interview of Senior Resident pursuant to the advertisement dated 8.7.2021 (Annex.8) irrespective of an 'NOC' pursuant to her application Annex.9 for the said purpose.

However, the appearance of the petitioner will remain subject to the final outcome of the present writ petition.
