19. Prohibition against grant of certain licences.
- Except as hereinafter provided, no person shall at the same time hold licence for more than one category :Provided that a licencee falling in category 'A' may have another licence of category 'B' and vice versa as referred to in sub-rule (2) of Rule 15.
