This appeal by the assessee for the assessment year 2013-14 is directed against the order of learned CIT(A)-Meerut, dated 17.09.2018. .
2. None appeared on behalf of the assessee at the time of Virtual Hearing before us. The learned AR, vide letter dated 16.06.2021, has requested for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee and stated that the assessee 2 ITA-7832/Del/2018 has filed declaration under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and on 10.12.2021 the assessee has received Form No. 5 dated 22.01.2021 issued by the PCIT, Ghaziabad and enclosed the copy thereof.
3. Learned Senior DR has no objection.
4. In view of the above, we accept the request of the assessee.
5. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
