Section 15(1) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(1)The Senate shall be the supreme authority of the University, and shall have the power to review the acts of the Syndicate and the Academic Council, and shall exercise all the powers of the University not otherwise provided for by this Act or the .Statutes.
