12 04-11-2025Upon perusal of the office report, we find that the deficit court fees of Rs.10/- has not been paid by the appellant as yet. As such, defect was not pointed out previously.
2. The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that he shall deposit the said balance amount of Rs.10/- in course of the day.
3. Office is directed to accept the deficit court fees. Office is further directed to submit complete office notes with regard to all defects so that the Court can take up the matter for removal of the same in one go.
