5. Constitution and general duties of the Court of Wards.
- The [Board of Revenue] [For the constitution and powers of the Board of Revenue, See the Bihar and Orissa Board of Revenue Act, 1913.] shall be the Court of Wards for the [State] [Substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order.] of Bihar.It shall deal with every person and every property of which it may take or retain charge under this Act, or which may be placed under its charge by order of a competent Court, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
