The petitioner, who is working as a Clerk in the Treasury Office at Kotkhai, District Shimla, has come up before this Court, seeking directions to the respondents to take into account his entire services from the date of his initial appointment on daily wage/temporary basis and further that he may be ordered to be qualified for the purpose of pension and GPF.

3. In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with law. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same within three weeks thereafter. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case he still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied with the outcome of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
