Section 8(2) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(2)The amount of fixed medical allowance shall be disbursed by the Secretary to the ex-member every three months. He shall ensure receipt of amount of earlier payment before disbursing the next payment and shall maintain a separate register of payment of fixed medical allowance.
