Section 2(1)(h) in The Aircraft (Security) Rules, 2011

(h)"Aviation Security Group" means an unit of specialised Government agency authorised by the Commissioner to safeguard Civil Aviation against acts of unlawful interference and protection of property at the aerodrome handling Civil Aviation,
