Section 7(2) in The Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Rules, 1955
(2)On receipt of the application the party shall be informed of the court-fee stamps required under the provisions of sub-rule (3), for the supply of the copy. On payment of the requisite amount of court-fee stamps by the party a certified copy of the order shall be prepared and granted to him.
