Section 53(4) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1989
(4)All sewers and ventilation-shafts, pipes and all appliances and fittings connected with the sewerage works constructed, erected or set-up whether,-(a)before or after the commencement of this Act; and(b)for the use of the owner or occupier of such premises or not, shall vest in the Board.
