Section 9(1) in Telangana State Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)After receipt of the recommendations of the Expert Committee under section 8, the Government shall take a decision on accepting, rejecting, or seeking modifications in the proposal and Project Report, as far as possible within a period of 30 days:Provided that the Government may consider the additional measures as recommended by the Expert Committee under sub-section (6) of section 8.
