ORAL ORDER
2 17-06-2019Counsel for the State submits that writ petitioner has raised issue arising out of order passed by Lok Adalat in Case no. 49/2009 and as such this court should not interfere in the matter.
The averments in the writ petition, however, disclose that even as per order recorded by Lok Adalat, respondents have merely paid a sum of Rs 8000/- as compensation for death of the petitioner's husband while driving a tractor of the respondents- authority.
In the circumstances, this court would consider it appropriate that the respondents place on record their detailed counter affidavit.
Since matter is pending since 2014, let counter affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks, failing which this court would consider directing appearance of respondent Patna High Court CWJC No.12845 of 2014(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 no.3.
