Section 2(e) in The West Bengal Clinical Establishments Act, 1950
(e)[ "physical therapy establishment" means an establishment where massaging, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, remedial gymnastics or similar work is usually carried on, for the purpose of treatment of diseases or of infirmity or for improvement of health, or for the purpose of relaxation or for any other purpose whatsoever, whether or not analogous to the purposes hereinbefore mentioned in this clause;] [Clause (e) substituted by West Bengal Act 12 of 1954.]
