Section 2 in The Rajasthan Workmen's Compensation (Costs & Fees) Rules, 1959
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context:-(a)"The Act" means the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 (8 of 1923).(b)"Form" means a form appended to these rules.(c)"Section" means a section of the Act.
