2. Today Advocate Khamkar submitted that the contents of CA report Exh. 39 to 41 are not put to accused at all. His contention is that he is trying to find out how CA reports at Exh. 39 to 41 have been exhibietd.
3. Learend APP submits that the documents might have been admitted in terms of section 294 of Cr.P.C. and the accused has been asked about it vide question no. 60.
4. We find that the contents of CA report are not put to accsued at all.
