Section 16(1) in The Cost and Works Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007
(1)The Council may constitute a Committee and more than one Committee, if it considers necessary which may be located in one or more Regional Headquarters:Provided that at least one Committee shall function at the place where the Directorate is situated.
