Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission Intra State Open Access Regulations, 2005
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These regulations may be called the "Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Intra State Open Access Regulations 2005"(ii)These regulations shall come into force on the date of publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
