Section 5(3)(a) in Orissa Pani Panchayat Act, 2002

(a)Every Distributary Committee shall consist of all the Presidents, Secretaries and Treasurers of the Pani Panchayats in the distributary area, so long as they hold such office, and shall be General Body of the Distributary Committee.
