Section 127(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(3)No person whose election has been deemed to be invalid under this section shall be eligible for election as the member, Pradhan or Up-Pradhan of Gram Panchayat or the member, Chairman or Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad, as the case may be, for a period of two years from the date on which he ought to haw taken or made such oath or affirmation.
