Section 16 in The Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
16. Classification and categorisation.
- The Registrar shall, in accordance with the Rules made in this behalf, classify and categorise registered societies with reference to their objects, area of operation, membership or any other matter specified in the Rules.
