332. [ Nazir under Superintendent's supervision. [Substituted by C.S. No. 10 dated 3.8.1965.]
- The Nazir shall be under the general supervision of the Superintendent who will examine his accounts and initial his cash books daily, even if there are no transactions on any day. He shall check daily the account of sales of saleable forms kept by the Nazir in Register 99 of the Register and Return Manual along with the receipt book. It will be the duty of the Superintendent to see that no money is being unnecessarily kept in the Nazir's hands. After the checking of accounts by the Superintendent, the cash book and the subsidiary register along with the documents in support of receipts and payments shall be placed before the Nazarat Deputy Collector who will check the accounts once again and verify the cash daily.]
