Section 32(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Act, 1959
(1)Any officer or authority holding an inquiry or hearing an appeal or application for review under this Act shall have the powers of a civil court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) relating to-(a)proof of facts by affidavits.(b)enforcing attendance of any person and his examination on oath,(c)production of documents, and(d)issuing of commissions,and every such officer or authority shall be deemed to be a civil court within the meaning of Sections 480 & 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Central Act 5 of 1898).
