185. Power to require filling up of wells.
- Whenever a supply of water has been provided in any municipal area, the Municipality may, by notice, in writing, require the owner, lessee or occupier, as the case may be, of a well, tube-well, tank or other water area, forming a part of any premises in such area, to fill up such well, tank or other water area.
