Section 38(xiv) in The Orissa Security Prisoners (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1981
(xiv)omits or refuses to help any officer of the jail in case of an attempted escape on the part of any of his fellow prisoners or of any attack upon such officer or upon any of his follow-prisoners, shall be deemed to have committed a jail offence.
