Section 7(4)(k) in The Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005

(k)that the teaching staff of the Private University shall have at least the minimum qualifications prescribed by the UGC or other concerned regulatory bodies, and be paid appropriate emoluments;
