CWP No. 3939 of 2022 & CMP No. 7756 of 2022 On 17.08.2022, the Court had passed the following order:-
Despite there being no legal or other impediment in not holding the DPC, respondent-
State has failed to convene the same for the promotion to the post of Headmaster as well as Lecturer. The matter has repeatedly been adjourned and taken up by this Court on 28.07.2022, 04.08.2022, 05.08.2022, 08.08.2022, 10.08.2022 and now today i.e. 17.08.2022 for obtaining instructions.
Let the Director of Higher Education appear before this Court or impart specific instructions as to when the DPC will be convened for the aforesaid purpose.
List on 18.08.2022.
In compliance to the aforesaid order, the respondents have now placed on record instructions dated 18.08.2022, which would go to reveal that the DPC for the promotion to the post of Lecturer from TGT cadre has already started on 17.08.2022 and will be completed today i.e. on 18.08.2022 and so far as the DPC for the post of Headmaster is ::: Downloaded on - 22/08/2022 20:02:18 :::CIS concerned, the same shall be convened within 10 days.
