        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the effect and operations Exhibit P1 Impugned Order dated
   April 5, 2023 and Exhibit P2 Impugned Order dated August 9, 2023 passed by
   Respondent No.1, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
