(4)The statement specified under sub-regulation (1) shall be submitted within one month from the date of opening or reopening of a mine or a group of mines, as the case may be:Provided that in case of a mine or group of mines, as the case may be, which has already been opened, such statement shall be submitted within a month of coming into force of these regulations.
