(3)If any application for renewal is not made before the expiry of the certificate of registration, but is made within thirty days from the date of expiry of the certificate of registration, the certificate of registration may be renewed on payment of late fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees hundred), in addition to the fee for renewal of certificate of registration.
