The petitioner has participated in the selection process to the post of Medical Officer, HCMS-I (Class-I), Haryana in Labour Department under the general category.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 20.05.2019, hard copy of the application form of the petitioner was accepted by the Commission and he was interviewed provisionally.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submitted that the last selected candidate under general category had secured 50 marks. He has also produced the result of the petitioner in Court today. The petitioner had secured 48 marks after interview which are less than the last selected candidate. Result has been returned to learned counsel for respondent No.2.
Since the name of the petitioner is not within the zone of selection, writ petition is dismissed.
