714. Restriction on the transfer of food and clothing.
- No part of any food, clothing, bedding or other necessaries belonging to any unconvicted criminal prisoner shall be given, hired or sold to any other prisoner : and any prisoner transgressing the provisions of this section shall lose the privilege of purchasing food or receiving it from private sources for such time as the Superintendent thinks proper.
