Section 71E(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)After fitment of liquified Petroleum Gas-Kit on in-use vehicle, the agent shall issue a certificate under rule 115C of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, stating the registration number, the engine and chasis number of the vehicle, name of the registered owner, date of fitment and the number of the Liquified Petroleum Gas-Kit.
