Section 2(e) in The Tamil Nadu Regulation of Admission in Professional Courses Act, 2006
(e)"Common Entrance Test Examinees'" means eligible students appearing for Common Entrance Test other than students who have passed and qualified in the Higher Secondary Examinations conducted by the Board of Secondary Examinations in higher secondary (plus two) level in Tamil Nadu conducted under the Department of Education, Government of Tamil Nadu;
