(2)Such election shall take place within thirty days Lorn the date of the publication of the names of the members in the Official Gazette under sub-section (3) of Section 7, or, in the case of a vacancy due to any cause other than the expiry of the term of office of the Vice-Chairman, within thirty days from the date of the occurrence of such vacancy.
