Section 12(d) in The Bombay State Dental Council (Reconstitution And Reorganization Order, 1961
(d)in any other case, by the Maharashtra State Dental Council, and accordingly, all rights and liabilities which have accrued or may accrue under any such contract, shall, to the extent to which they would have been the rights and liabilities of the existing Council, be the rights and liabilities of the Gujarat State Dental Council, the Government of Mysore, the Government of Rajasthan or the Maharashtra State Dental Council, as the case may be.
