Section 26(1) in The Karnataka Rajya Dr. Gangubai Hangal Sangeetha Mattu Pradarshaka Kalegala Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2009
(1)The Academic Council shall meet at such time and places and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3) observe such rules of procedure in regard to transaction of business at its meeting including the quorum at meeting, as may be prescribed:Provided that the Academic Council shall meet at least once in every three months.
