Section 83 in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
83. Appointment of first Registrar.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 13, the first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the promulgation of the North Gujarat University Ordinance, 1986 (Gujarat Ordinance 5 of 1986) for a period not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
