Section 37(b) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(b)The complainant shall then be invited to state his case by himself or by his legal representative and to produce his evidence in support of it. At the conclusion of the complainant's evidence his arguments should be heard and then his case will be closed.
