Section 24(m) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(m)No employee shall, except with the previous sanction of the Board give evidence in connection with any enquiry conducted by any person, Committee or authority except in the following cases :
