Petitioners have not satisfied the Court as to what is the method of recruitment to the post of Chief Loco Inspector.

2. Unnecessarily, the petitioner's counsel is taking us to various documents, which are not relevant so as to ascertain that the post of Chief Loco Inspector is required to be filled up through three source cadres. Though, the petitioner is pointing out three source cadres, however, there is not even iota of document to show that the method of recruitment to the post of Chief Loco Inspector are from three source cadres. In the absence of Patna High Court CWJC No.9674 of 2024(6) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 such document, the present petition cannot be entertained.

3. In order to give one more opportunity, re-list this matter on 18.12.2024, as a last chance.
